We offer complimentary shipping for all orders within the USA. Orders are processed in our San Francisco warehouse within 48 hours of receiving the orders, and we aim to get your skin treats to you in 2 business days.

international shipping

For orders above $100, we offer complimentary shipping via one of our trusted partners.

For orders under $100, we ship for a flat rate of $30.

International shipping typically takes 2-4 weeks, depending on import customs and local delivery systems. We strive to share our skin treats with customers from every corner of the world, but unfortunately there are countries with importation restrictions that are beyond our control. If you have any questions, drop us a note at hello@forestrhapsodyskincare.com and we will be happy to help.

*Do note that some countries impose custom duties and taxes when the shipment arrives at the destination country. Customers are responsible for these additional charges.

We are here to help you discover happy skin, and we want you to be 100% satisfied with every investment you have made. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, drop us a note within 7 days of delivery and we will be glad to assist. Due to safety and hygiene reasons, only unopened and unused items can be considered for returns. It must also be in the original packaging. Sales items cannot be returned.

For damaged items, please email us within 48 hours of delivery for us to arrange a replacement or refund.

Do your products use natural/ organic ingredients?

Yes! We use either natural or naturally derived plant-derived ingredients in our formulas, and we pride ourselves on optimizing our formulas with green chemistry – so you get the best out of each and every one of these ingredients . We also use organic ingredients in our formulas, and label them clearly in our ingredient list.

Do you test on animals?

No. Not only do we avoid animal testing, we go the extra mile to get ourselves Leaping Bunny certified. This means we do not test the final products, nor any of the raw ingredients on animals. The entire supply chain is cruelty-free.

How quickly should I finish using the product after opening?

We recommend using up the products within 6 months of opening, to ensure you enjoy them in their optimal condition.

Where are your products made?

Our lab is based in sunny California, and we source our ingredients from all over the globe. We do not believe in limiting ourselves by geography – we seek out the best ingredients and technology to bring you the best skin treats, wherever they might be.

Is your collection suitable for sensitive skin?

The whole premise of our brand is “gentle botanical actives”. We explore natural alternatives for actives that typically can be quite harsh and aggressive. That said, we also believe that every skin is different. So yes, our formulas are created to be gentler alternatives, but do test them out on individual skin.
