We pay for shipping for all orders within the Canada and US via one of our trusted partners. Orders are processed within 48 hours of receiving the orders. Shipping typically takes 4-7 days, depending on your location.
For orders above US$60, we offer complimentary shipping via one of our trusted partners. For orders under US$60, we ship for a flat rate of $30. International shipping typically takes 7-30 days, depending on import customs and local delivery systems. We strive to share our skin treats with customers from every corner of the world, but unfortunately there are countries with importation restrictions that are beyond our control. *Do note that some countries impose custom duties and taxes when the shipment arrives at the destination country. Customers are responsible for these additional charges.
Due to safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened items. For damaged or lost items, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your product with a photo of damaged item(s) or report of lost item(s), and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

*Only purchases made directly on our website www.forestrhapsodyskincare.com are eligible for returns. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs for all returns. International shipping fee, customs duties and taxes are not eligible for refund.
The fundamental premise of our brand is that we use "gentle bioactives" to achieve results with minimal irritation or downtime. All our formulas undergo testings in an independent 3rd party lab before we bring them to market, to minimise any potential risk of irritation or sensitisation issues. That being said, we believe skin condition differs for individuals, and we always encourage patch testing - what works for one person could vary for another.
Our formulas undergo rigorous testing to ensure shelf stability. But we recommend using up the products within 6 months of opening, to ensure you enjoy them in their optimal condition.
Absolutely! Forest Rhapsody believes that beauty should be cruelty free. We do not conduct animal testing on any of our products.
Our lab is based in the US, and we source our ingredients from all over the globe. We do not limit ourselves by geography – we seek out the best ingredients and technology to bring you the best skin treats, wherever they might be.
