Creamy & Dreamy. An Exfoliating Mousse For Velvety Skin.
As a skincare brand founder and formulator, I don’t play favourites with my skincare creations. But this week, Thousand Petals has been a firm staple in my daily routine.
Spending time outdoors in the summer and fall has exposed my skin to the various elements - the warm sun, earthy dirt and all things nature. And with that, my skin has been craving a more intense and deep ritual.
As always, I intuitively reach for Thousand Petals – my personal and trusted skin saviour.
Let's take a moment to dive into the magic behind this formula!
Hibiscus Sabdariffa
At the heart of Thousand Petals is the roselle flower (Hibiscus Sabdariffa), a member of the hibiscus family.
This traditional ingredient contains pyruvic acid, a natural exfoliant that is both potent and gentle.
Working with this ingredient, I dug deep to learn all about this traditional flower, and I was blown away by the clinical studies behind this brilliant ingredient.
But putting aside science for a moment, Thousand Petals is SO SO much more than an efficacious formula.
Thousand Petals has a rich, creamy and luscious texture, reminiscent of a dark cherry vanilla mousse.
The scent
Thousand Petals has no added fragrance, and carries a natural light floral scent, borrowed from the soothing and anti-inflammatory neroli extract in this formula.
The application
A little goes a long way and a small scoop of this creamy mousse will glide effortlessly and generously across your skin.
Thousand Petals has restored my skin time and again, and I can’t wait for you to experience this beauty as well.
So take this as your invitation to glow up with me!
